We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Growth to join our team. This senior leadership role is critical in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies: design and implement growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams: work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
- Data-driven decision making: utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Optimize user acquisition funnels: enhance user acquisition funnels through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and personalized marketing tactics.
- Enhance user engagement: create and implement strategies to increase user engagement and lifetime value through personalized and targeted marketing efforts.
- Lead scoring and conversion optimization: develop and refine lead scoring models, monitor conversion rates, and optimize sales funnels to improve ROI and profitability.
- Customer journey mapping: build comprehensive customer journey maps to guide the development of effective marketing campaigns and user experiences.
- Innovate and experiment: continuously test and evaluate new growth tactics, tools, and channels to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Partnerships and collaborations: identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive growth.
- Budget management: manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a track record of driving significant user acquisition and revenue growth in PLG companies
- Strong understanding of data analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and growth hacking techniques.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Clearbit, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.).
- Experience with web3 platforms and digital fashion is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
