3. Share: Post your design on Instagram with the hashtag #WHATTHEFALL and tag us.
Design Your Fall Dress in 3 steps:
1. Sign-up or Login into the app select from predefined garment templates (you can also import your own).
2. You can add fabric using existing templates or use the AI powered fabric generator to create fabrics of your choice (just type what’s in your mind, like “pumpkin on fall leaves” or “pink fall leaves on gray background”). See FAQs below for some ideas on what’s trending this fall!
3. Fit the dress on yourself:
- Once you have finished designing, copy the link to your masterpiece by clicking the share button.
- Check out your creation by pasting the link onto a new browser tab.
- Upload a picture of yourself wearing your design and share it with the world! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #WHATTHEFALL and tag us on Insta.
What’s at Stake:
Win Big: The three winners will be judged by our expert panel – likes on the post will also be a factor in determining the winners.

What are the rules of the contest?
- You must be a current IIAD student.
- Use the hashtag #WHATTHEFALL when sharing your design.
- Your design should be fall-inspired.
- Winners will be announced on October 7th.
- Prizes will be transferred electronically.
What do I need to participate?
- Access to our application.
- 3D garment templates within the app.
- Generative AI for fabric design.
What if I am new to 3D Designing or The F* Word Platform?
If you are new to The F* Word, don’t worry, we have you covered ..
- we will do an online demo session on Oct 1st 2024, at 930AM IST – here is the link to join it and you will also get an email invite after you register
- we also have a quick onboarding flow to get you going as you start designing for the first time
Do you have a mobile app?
No, but you can design and submit using a desktop or mobile device. We recommend using a desktop/tablet for best results.
Do I need to bring my own 3D file?
You can use our preloaded 3D models. If preferred, bring your own OBJ format design.
Do I need to bring my laptop?
Yes, it’s recommended.
