These Terms of Use, together with any Order Form, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, AI Product Terms, Content License Agreement, and, where applicable, Data Processing Addendum, form a legally binding agreement between you and The F* Word, Inc. ("F*W," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, APIs, documentation, and related services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the "Service").

By clicking to accept, creating an account, placing an order, or accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI Output Disclaimer

Commercial/IP Disclaimer

You retain rights in the content you upload, subject to any third-party rights in the materials you provide. We do not guarantee that outputs are exclusive, copyright-proof, or non-infringing.

Data-use Disclaimer

We do not use private content from paid plans to train or fine-tune AI or machine learning models unless you expressly opt in in writing.

Third-party workflow Disclaimer

If the service connects to third-party manufacturing, fulfillment, print-on-demand, or other partner systems, those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and The F* Word is not the manufacturer, vendor, shipper, or vendor of record unless expressly stated.

Performance, cost, and speed outcomes vary based on workflow maturity, source materials, product category, review standards, and implementation scope.
