Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. Where we process personal data on a customer’s behalf, a Data Processing Addendum can apply by contract.
Do you train on paid customer data?
No. We do not use private content from paid plans, including prompts, uploads, files, outputs, designs, or customer data, to train or fine-tune AI or machine learning models unless you expressly opt in in writing.
Who owns uploaded files and outputs?
You retain rights in your uploaded content, subject to any third-party rights in materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content. AI outputs must be reviewed before commercial, manufacturing, legal, or marketing use.
Are outputs guaranteed accurate or non-infringing?
No. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, not unique, or unsuitable for your intended use. Similar outputs may be generated for other users. Review and approval by your team is required before use..
How long do you retain customer data?
Retention depends on the service, plan, contract terms, security needs, and applicable law. Product content is retained for the period needed to provide the services and perform the applicable plan, unless deleted earlier where functionality or contract terms allow.
Do you support enterprise security controls?
Enterprise plans are designed for private workspaces, SSO/SAML, brand-level data isolation, team roles and permissions, and API access, with final scope confirmed during onboarding and contracting.
